At Native Roots Collective (NRC), we strive to process and ship all orders quickly, securely, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate applies to all orders containing up to 28 grams of product.
Orders containing more than 28 grams will be charged shipping based on the total package weight. Additional shipping costs will be calculated at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or severe weather.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Native Roots Collective is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Native Roots Collective is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Compliance

Native Roots Collective only ships products to locations where they are legally permitted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in their delivery location.
